I started running over 40 years ago. I have completed marathons, half marathons, and a few 10k. To keep my body active I want to continue running but just not get up at silly o’clock to do it. To run distances you not only have to be fit, you also have to keep healthy. I have therefore decided to start writing about health and wellbeing.
